Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 Running Order Revealed

The opening ceremony of the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2023 took place on 20th November 2023 at the Hotel Negresco. The event was hosted by Carla Lazzari, the French representative at Junior Eurovision 2019 and presenter Manon Théodet.

Three spots

To determine three spots in Sunday’s show running order there was held a draw which was carried out by last year’s Junior Eurovision winner – Lissandro. These spots were:

  • the country that will open the show and perform first > Spain;
  • the country that will close the show and perform last (16th) > The Netherlands;
  • the number with which the host country, France, will perform > 12th.

Sixteen spots

The rest of the running order was decided by the show’s organizers as it is done by at the ‘Adult’ Eurovision Song Contest.

  2. Malta
  3. Ukraine
  4. Ireland
  5. United Kingdom
  6. North Macedonia
  7. Estonia
  8. Armenia
  9. Poland
  10. Georgia
  11. Portugal
  12. France
  13. Albania
  14. Italy
  15. Germany
  16. The Netherlands
