This time I’m going to show you my honest reaction to the song that will represent San Marino in the Eurovision Song Contest 2025. This is “Tutta l’Italia” (in English: “All of Italy”) by Gabry Ponte with uncredited vocals performed by Andrea Bonomo. The song was composed as the theme for Sanremo Music Festival.

Well, frist things first. “The song combines electronic and dance beats with elements of Italian song and tradition, such as the accordion, tarantella, and references to Italian pop culture”
This year’s San Marinese entry was chosen by the jury.
What’s the song about?
“All of Italy, all of Italy, all of Italy (Hey)
All of Italy, all of Italy, all of Italy
Let us dance
With a glass in our hands
Then tomorrow we’ll regret
Saying “I love you”
Who here hears us
All of Italy, all of Italy, all of Italy (Hey)”
Is this going to be a massive hit? Hmm, why not?
All in all, I’d say this is a good song with good vocals.
As each juror ranked all the competing songs in each show based on the given criteria, I assigned points in the same categories (eurovision.tv):
– composition and originality of the song, 8 out of 10;
– quality of the performance on stage, 9 out of 10;
– vocal capacity of the performer(s), 9 out of 10;
– overall impression of the act, 8 out of 10.
So the total is: 34 out of 40 points that is 85%.
My question was: “Will Gabry’s Italia lead him to victory?” To get the best result for San Marino Gabry would have to finish 18th (as the best result for San Marino so far was the 19th place; it happened once: it was in 2019).
In the end, I can only say: Well done, Gabry! Congratulations, San Marino! I assumed this song might qualify for the Grand Final but of course it depended on the other entries as well. Do you agree, Guys?
What did the bookmakers say about the San Marinese entry? Well, at that moment (3rd May 2025) it was in the 20th place (on eurovisionworld.com).
