The announcement of Mustii as Belgium’s representative for Eurovision was met with enthusiasm by fans. Many believe that his dark and emotional style will stand out on the Eurovision stage.

Mustii said that he is excited about the opportunity to represent his country at Eurovision. “It is a great honor for me,” he said in an interview with the Belgian newspaper Le Soir. “I want to show the world what Belgium has to offer in terms of music.”

Mustii also talked with VRT: “My idea is to go to the Eurovision Song Contest with my own DNA. I don’t want to lie, I want to be sincere and authentic. I don’t want to create a fake character (…) But I have been working in the studio for a while. I also want the song to be part of an album and not just a random song for the Eurovision Song Contest.”

The official premiere of Belgium’s song for Eurovision 2024 is said to take place in February 2024.
