The procedure
This Polish entry was chosen internally although fan’s hot favourite was Justyna Steczkowska (who represented Poland in 1995 finishing 18th) with her song “WITCH-ER Tarohoro”. Luna beat Justyna by one point only. What’s intriguing they cooperated together in 2022 singing “Nie mój sen” (“Not My Dream”). Rumour has it that TVP (Polish Television), after the change of government in Poland and tv management didn’t want Justyna to represent Poland.
What do we know about Luna?
Luna, whose real name’s Aleksandra Katarzyna Wielgomas, was born in 1999. The stage name Luna’s associated with the symbolism of the Moon and sleepwalking. As we read online, after a dark period in her work, Luna finally reaches the edge of light and slowly moves to the bright side of the moon.
